This is far more than just car business to me. You can buy a car anywhere but how much do you know about the car and furthermore who you're buying it from? My dad taught me how to offer a service. A customer experience that people don't forget. Of course a quality vehicle at a great price is where it might start but it's gaining that personal respect and trust where it really begins. That's the point where people remember you and it's proven when after 40 years they bring their friends, co-workers, kids, and in many cases grand kids. That's what it's all about. Not saying "thank you for your purchase" but being thanked for our service and having the opportunity to prove it over and over again.
